Each order is carefully prepared before making its way to you.
Order preparation
We prepare and ship your order within a maximum of 72 business hours after validation.
Delivery methods
In mainland France, you can choose between:
- Mondial Relay — delivery to a Parcel Shop® or Locker
- Colissimo — home delivery
NomaSé also delivers to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Available delivery methods and corresponding fees are indicated at the time of your order.
Shipping times are added to the order preparation time and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically when you place your order, based on your destination and chosen delivery method.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned to us unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
