A burst of colors, like a light you carry.

DESCRIPTION

It's impossible to miss Jyoti.

Its intense turquoise background becomes the canvas for a lush garden: orange and red flowers, small golden touches, and deep foliage unfold in generous embroidery. An intense red border frames the silhouette and further enhances the depth of the colors.

And as often in the Phulkari NomaSé collection, a detail deliberately breaks the balance: contrasting embroidered pink pockets, like two fragments of color added to the piece.

Its name, Jyoti, evokes light, flame, radiance. A luminous, joyful, and decidedly bold piece.

Three lengths, three looks

Jyoti is available in three lengths. The length does not correspond to a size; it allows you to choose the look you want for your Phulkari.

Short, 70 cm. The most dynamic version. Worn as an embroidered jacket, Jyoti immediately adds color to jeans, ecru trousers, or a plain dress.

Signature, 92 cm. The iconic silhouette of the Phulkari NomaSé collection. It offers enough length to allow the embroidery to fully express itself while maintaining an easy-to-wear everyday look. In the photographs, Céline is 1.66 m tall and wears the Signature version.

Long, 114 cm. The most spectacular version. Worn long and open, Jyoti accompanies movement and instantly transforms a simple silhouette into a strong look.

The NomaSé Detail

With a piece like Jyoti, simplicity becomes your best ally.

Jeans and a black top to let the colors pop. Ecru or white for a brighter silhouette. A few gold jewels to warm up the look.

And for those who really love color? Don't try to tone it down. Embrace it.

The handprint

Phulkari literally means “flower work.” Originating in Punjab, this textile tradition celebrates embroidery, floral motifs, and color.

For its Phulkari collection, NomaSé has chosen a very limited selection of pieces for their rich embroidery and sometimes unexpected color combinations. Fewer pieces. More character.

From one piece to another, the placement of certain embroideries, the shades, or specific details may vary slightly. We do not seek to standardize these differences: they are part of each piece's unique character.

Maintenance

To preserve the beauty and texture of the embroideries:

Hand washing recommended, in cold or lukewarm water.
Use a mild detergent.
Do not soak.
Do not use bleach or whitening agents.
Gentle spin, without wringing.
Natural drying flat or on a hanger.
Avoid direct sunlight during drying.
Tumble drying not recommended.
Gentle ironing on the reverse side if necessary.

NomaSé Tip: Your Phulkari does not need to be washed after every use. Simply air it out between wears to preserve the cotton, its colors, and its embroideries for longer.
